Site Installation Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Installation Manager to join our team at Minstrell Engineering. As a key member of our UK Project Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and budget-friendly delivery of projects across the country.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Health and Safety Management: Develop and implement site-specific health and safety plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

* On-Site and Contractor Management: Coordinate and manage the activities of contractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.

* Stakeholder Management: Liaise with project and programme managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.

* Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of projects, including delivery and material management, site H&S procedures, and documentation.

**Requirements**

* H&S Qualification/Experience: Possess a recognized health and safety qualification, such as CDM, IOSH, NEBOSH, or SMSTS.

* Problem-Solving and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to organize tasks and prepare for future projects.

* Client and Stakeholder Management: Show excellent client and stakeholder management skills, with an understanding of the installation of Material Handling Systems.

* Project Completion: Be able to drive projects to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
