About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Customer Relationship Management team in delivering exceptional customer service and care.
  • Utilize multiple platforms to attract and engage with candidates, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Interview and register candidates via telephone and video calls, maintaining a database of existing candidates.
  • Proactively track and manage the candidate journey, ensuring excellent communication and customer care.
  • Generate potential new business opportunities through various forms of lead generation.
  • Perform various administration tasks related to the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Possess a warm, friendly, and resilient attitude, with superb verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
