We are working with a leading financial services firm in London to find a motivated and organized individual to join their team as a Trainee Financial Advisor. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to train and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Senior Advisers in client meetings and manage action points
- Deliver business submissions and analytics using FE Analytics and Voyant reports
- Respond to client inquiries and identify opportunities for referrals
- Manage workflow CRM systems and prepare illustrations and electronic business submissions
- Critical yield calculations and oversee the completion of the Letter of Authority Process
- Ensure data on Salesforce is completed and prepare for meetings
- Degree-level education and relevant experience in Wealth Management or regulated Financial Services
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills
