Job Title: Senior Training and Competence Manager

At IDEX Consulting Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Training and Competence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our advisers are well-trained and equipped to deliver high-quality advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training plans for new and existing advisers
  • Conduct regular observations and 1-1 meetings to monitor progress and provide feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of training and competence
  • Work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify and address any issues arising with our processes
Requirements:
  • Level 4 Financial Advice qualification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with staff and clients
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Pragmatic and practical approach to problem-solving
