Job Title: Apprentice Manager

Join our team at Succession Wealth, a leading independent financial planning and wealth management business in the UK, as a key member of our Risk and Compliance Team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of T&C Supervision Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the Training & Competence Scheme to our Wealth Planners, ensuring compliance with Group policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising new and existing Financial Planners in the local Hub/Region
  • Assessment of Financial Planners ongoing competence
  • Identifying areas of improvement, setting in place and monitoring Development Plans
  • Reporting concerns/risks and providing recommendations where improvements are not being made
  • Assisting with Regulatory Change programmes involving Planners knowledge, skills and competence
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience within financial services
  • Experience of Training and Competence within IFA/Wealth Management
  • Comfortable with travel across the UK when required
