**Job Title:** Children's Club Manager
Location: Primary School in Ascot, Berkshire

We are seeking an experienced Club Manager to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess strong leadership skills.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of staff members in delivering high-quality care to children during breakfast, after-school, and holiday clubs.
  • Develop and implement engaging programmes that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents, schools, and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education, Childcare, or related field (desirable).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a childcare setting.
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
