At Wizards of the Coast, we're seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to drive strong omni-channel visibility for our brands within the retail and e-tail environment.

The Role

This exciting opportunity is part of our Retail Experience Team, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute market-leading channel activations and support overall sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key retailers and wholesale partners in key European territories to develop and execute strong online and offline brand presence.
  • Refresh merchandising in existing retailers and build annual Retail Marketing plans, supporting appropriate releases with each of the partners.
  • Manage account online listings for all ranged Wizards products and drive demo/assisted selling programmes and staff education in direct retail partners.
  • Cross-functional mindset to share creative output across other developing channels within the business.

Requirements:

  • Strong Retail Marketing experience, ideally with a background in Gaming/Video Games/Entertainment.
  • Solid Communication and negotiation skills, with a cross-functional collaborator mindset.
  • Go to market experience, especially in Mass retail, with a track record of marketing excellence and building partnerships.
  • Strong creative judgement and eye for detail, with project management skills and a passion for gaming/entertainment media.
