About the Role

CareTech Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Stratford Lodge, a specialist residential care home for young adults with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reassurance and support to students during the night, promoting independence and encouraging good bedtime and morning routines.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create personalized plans for each individual, focusing on building life skills and promoting personal growth.
  • Contribute to professional documentation with the support of your management team.

Requirements

  • Passion for improving the lives of others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Positive and consistent role model, with a calm and listening approach.
  • Ability to work with complex young adults and their families, and to input into professional documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
