Job Title: Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Stratford Lodge, a specialist residential care home for young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and severe learning difficulties.

About the Role:

  • Provide reassurance and support to young adults during nighttime hours
  • Encourage independence by helping with bedtime and morning routines
  • Conduct regular checks during the night to ensure the well-being of our residents
