Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective pathway plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in care.
- Attend Adoption Panels and contribute to the decision-making process.
- Manage complex cases, including Section 20 care orders and Court Reports.
- Participate in LAC Reviews and provide expert advice to ensure the best interests of the child.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Post-qualifying experience of working as a Qualified Social Worker in a Looked After Children Team within the UK Social Care industry.
- Registration with the Social Work England (SWE) and a minimum of 1-2 years of post-qualifying experience.
