Year 4 Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join our team at a reputable Primary School in Romford. As a dedicated educator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a well-organised classroom, and working effectively with other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the needs of students.
  • Ensure the safe use and storage of equipment, promoting a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve academic and personal goals for students.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Comply with school policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Have strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Recent experience as a Year 4 Teacher in a primary school is desirable.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Desirable: experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
