Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Design Authorities to develop fit-for-purpose processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate internal audits on a regular basis to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Provide weekly progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Process Lot 3 demands in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Investigate and develop the use of Power BI for reporting Government Furnished Equipment, enhancing data analysis and decision-making capabilities.
  • Assist in the development of the document hub, ensuring seamless access to critical information.
  • Collaborate with waterfront Design Authorities to create maintenance schedules, prioritizing equipment reliability and safety.
  • Research new methods for maintenance, repair, and refurbishment, driving innovation and efficiency gains.
  • Support the development of the Primavera P6 planning tool, leveraging expertise to enhance project management capabilities.
  • Enhance efficiencies in handling Portable Submarine Support Equipment, optimizing resource allocation and reducing costs.
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities, including benchmarking and 5S, to drive cultural change and excellence.
