About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Psychologist to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. As a Community Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing a community psychology service to the Upper Valley Cluster geographical patch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological consultation and support to individuals, families, and communities.
  • Develop and implement psychological interventions to promote mental health and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a comprehensive service.
  • Conduct assessments and formulate plans to address mental health needs.
  • Develop and deliver training and education programs to promote mental health and wellbeing.
Requirements
  • Registration as a HCPC registrant psychologist.
  • Good understanding of the application of community psychology.
  • Experience of applying community psychology desirable.
