Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Support Associate to join our team at Newgate Clocks Limited. As a Business Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team and sales department with e-commerce projects, pricing strategies, stock control, order processing, reporting, and key account support. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with all business areas with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Assisting with stock planning, pricing, and inventory management.
• Uploading new and updating product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
• Monitoring and analysing performance to increase sales revenue.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers 28 days annual leave (pro-rata) plus a holiday loyalty scheme, company pension scheme, and onsite parking. Full time or part time roles are considered (minimum 3 days).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, marketing).
• 2+ years of experience in a related field (e.g. business administration, e-commerce).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms.
