This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client's established agency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Securing instructions for valuations and creating a positive first impression
  2. Offering expert advice to vendors and buyers, providing exceptional customer service
  3. Guiding and supporting junior colleagues
  4. Fully adhering to office procedures and policies
  5. Contributing to and being aware of key performance indicators and targets
  6. Creating engaging marketing materials and promoting properties to the market
  7. Managing applicant registrations and conducting viewings
  8. Ensuring thorough follow-ups before and after appointments
  9. Developing innovative ideas for canvassing materials
  10. Carrying out ad-hoc valuations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator is crucial
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong background in using Estate Agency CRM systems
  • Excellent negotiation and sales abilities
  • Highly presentable and articulate
  • Motivated by targets and driven to succeed
  • Exceptional organisational skills and punctuality
