Be the Personality Behind the Beer Pumps

As a Bar and Waiting Apprenticeship candidate, you'll be the face of our beer pumps, the expert on our drink's menu, and the go-to person for our food menu. You'll be responsible for creating a friendly atmosphere that our guests will love.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet, serve, and look after our guests
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Work with the team to create a welcoming environment
  • Know our menus inside out and make recommendations to our guests
  • Be a champion of our brand standards

We don't require any experience, just a warm and helpful manner. Our training program will teach you the ins and outs of working in our busy teams.

What You'll Get:
  • A Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship
  • A mixture of face-to-face and remote training sessions
  • Reviews every 12 weeks with your Apprentice, Line Manager, and Lifetime Trainer
  • Feedback sessions to discuss your progress
  • Obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don't already have GCSE)
  • 30 hours paid work every week

Wage will be:

  • 16-20 years old - £7.49 an hour
  • 21-22 years old - £10.18 an hour
  • 23+ years old - £10.42 an hour
