Be the Personality Behind the Beer Pumps

As a Bar and Waiting Apprenticeship candidate, you'll be the face of our beer pumps, the expert on our drink's menu, and the one who knows our food menu inside out. You'll be responsible for greeting, serving, and looking after our guests, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, and working with the team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and serve our guests with a warm and helpful manner
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Work with the team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love
  • Know the menus inside out and make recommendations to our guests
  • Be a champion of brand standards

We don't require any experience, just a warm and helpful manner. You'll have the opportunity to achieve a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship and support the running of our businesses, creating some amazing moments.

What Your Apprenticeship Includes:
  • A mixture of face-to-face and remote catch-ups every 4-6 weeks
  • A mixture of on-the-job and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars
  • Reviews every 12 weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager, and Lifetime Trainer
  • Feedback sessions to discuss progress
  • Obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don't already have GCSE)
  • 30 hours paid work every week

Wage will be:

  • 16-20 years old - £7.49 an hour
  • 21-22 years old - £10.18 an hour
  • 23+ years old - £10.42 an hour
