About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to join our team as a Professional Practice Transformation Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving the quality of education across our Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Improvement Leadership: Lead quality improvement processes to enhance the quality of education and drive excellence.
  • Exceptional Teaching: Deliver exceptional teaching practices that propel our Group towards excellence and TEF gold.
  • Professional Development: Support curriculum teams in improving their pedagogical practices and provide professional development opportunities.
  • Innovative Curriculum Development: Develop and enhance the quality of education through innovative curriculum development.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship and support to colleagues to enhance their teaching practices.
  • Learning Communities: Foster a culture of learning and collaboration among staff and students.
  • Action Research and Scholarly Activity: Conduct action research and scholarly activities to inform teaching practices and improve student outcomes.
  • Teaching Observations: Conduct teaching observations to provide feedback and support to colleagues.
  • Induction and Development: Develop and implement induction and development programs for new staff.
  • Critical Support: Provide critical support to colleagues to enhance their teaching practices.
  • Digital Integration: Integrate technology to enhance teaching practices and improve student outcomes.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate and improve teaching practices to enhance student outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that teaching practices meet quality standards.
  • Awarding Organisation Liaison: Liaise with awarding organizations to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Preparation for Inspections: Prepare for inspections to ensure that teaching practices meet quality standards.
Requirements
  • Teaching Qualification: Hold a teaching qualification.
  • Education Level: Be educated to a degree level.
  • English and Maths Qualification: Hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths (or be willing to undertake).
