Position Overview
We are in search of a seasoned and passionate clinical leader to join our Transformation and Delivery Team. This role will report to the Programme Lead and will be instrumental in providing clinical insights across various transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a vital role in the clinical enhancement of services and pathways, ensuring timely execution of agreed actions. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and refining clinical pathways.
- Conducting necessary audit activities.
- Leading the Commissioning for Outcomes initiative, representing the organization while also contributing to broader regional efforts.
- Overseeing the development and functioning of relevant Clinical Committees.
- Guiding specialty delivery programs, particularly in oncology.
Main Duties
As a key member of the transformation team, you will support service management, including contracting arrangements and key commissioning functions. Your focus will be on:
- Analyzing clinical needs with an emphasis on addressing health disparities.
- Designing services and implementing quality improvements.
- Ensuring effective pathways across health and care systems.
- Providing expert advice on complex cases and Individual Funding Requests.
