We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stewardship and Legacies Officer to join our team at CHM Recruit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that philanthropic donors feel valued and informed of the impact of their giving, including those who have indicated that they will be making a bequest to the College in their will.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a stewardship strategy to engage and retain donors
- Build and maintain relationships with major donors and prospects
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue new funding opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and stakeholders
- Manage and maintain accurate records of donor interactions and communications
- Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software
