About the Role

The SSHEQ Coordinator will be responsible for managing the process of document approval, including review and storage to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage document approval process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  • Work closely with the SSHEQ department to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Develop and maintain safety statistics and safety dashboards
  • Provide administrative support for iAuditor users
  • Arrange weekly safety reviews and circulate incident data
  • Maintain customer complaints log and supplier/sub-contractor non-conformances log
  • Support auditors in the closure of Non-conformances from internal/external audits
  • Provide information for new business tenders, suppliers approval process, and customer audits
  • Maintain document approval and review process, ensuring new documents are correctly formatted and referenced
  • Complete periodic reviews of departmental documentation to check for any missing, unapproved, or overdue for review
  • Maintain supplier/sub-contractor approval process
  • Compile and maintain environmental data for reporting
  • Support the SSHEQ manager with new environmental reporting
  • Maintain SSHEQ training program and training records, filing, and archiving
Requirements
  • Good understanding of Quality management systems
  • Good GCSE grades in maths and English
  • Excellent IT skills and administration skills
  • Understanding and familiarisation with ISO 9001:2015
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001: a distinct advantage
