Carers Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Carers Support Worker. The successful candidate will assist the team in supporting and improving the wellbeing of families and carers of our service users.
Main Responsibilities
The Carers Support Worker will work closely with the team to provide collaborative carer-centred care, focusing on recovery and empowerment. The role requires lone working, use of initiative, safeguarding knowledge, and a commitment to team working and carer empowerment.

Person Specification
The successful candidate will have a level of educational attainment to NVQ level 2 or equivalent experience, a current driver's license, and access to means of mobility to travel across the Trust according to service needs.
