About the Role:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business Technology to lead our Technology Project Management Office & Business Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technology solutions for our Enterprise Solutions products, in partnership with our product, commercial, and wider divisional functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Technology Project Management Office & Business Management team to deliver technology solutions for our Enterprise Solutions products.
  • Work closely with our delivery leads, ES Business Management, and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvements across processes and procedures.
  • Provide insights and drive strategic alignment on multiple aspects of our Technology organization, including organizational design, DE&I, location strategy, workforce planning, colleague engagement, and communications.
  • Act as a senior technical expert within Business Performance and possess a reputation for thought leadership and introducing new methods to enhance operational performance.
  • Direct and support user training on operational changes, including changes to systems and processes.
  • Organize and orchestrate business reviews at the ES level and external to ES.
  • Address issues impacting revenue and margin performance across ES, including resolution of sales and channel processing issues.
  • Work in close collaboration with our ES Business Performance team and wider MI Technology Business Operations teams, Finance, to provide robust financial management and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to link activities to clear business outcomes.
  • Budgeting and financial tracking experience.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
