Job Title: Domiciliary Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our community team as a Domiciliary Healthcare Assistant. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care, fluid, nutrition, and medication support to individuals in their own homes.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Supporting individuals with dementia, end-of-life care, and palliative care.
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care settings or a willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
