**Insight Select** is seeking a seasoned **Event Sales Director** to spearhead the growth of its sponsorship sales portfolio. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead the way in developing strategic partnerships with key decision makers across various industries.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in B2B selling, with a strong focus on conference sponsorship sales. They will be responsible for managing a portfolio of conferences, generating new business opportunities, and creating value propositions that meet the evolving needs of clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in full life-cycle sales, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. They should possess excellent communication skills, a strong telephone presence, and a hunter mentality. A real understanding of personal development and growth is also essential for this role.

In return for their expertise, Insight Select offers a competitive salary package, including:

  • £120,000 expected earnings in the first year, increasing to £150,000 in the second year and £200,000+ in the third year
