About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Learning Disabilities service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with external healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize service delivery
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Registered Manager role or Deputy role in a similar service
  • RGN/RMN with valid PIN
  • RQF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with external stakeholders
