About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Fleet and Driver Performance Analyst to join our Transportation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Statistical performance monitoring and reporting on the Council's drivers and fleet, including white and grey fleets.
- Working with the Fleet management team to manage fleet utilisation and driver behaviour, supporting the Council's Zero Carbon Commitment and Fleet Decarbonisation.
- Carrying out remote office-based internal audit procedures to ensure compliance with the Council's Operators Licence requirements and policy.
- Monitoring Fleet & Driver performance and behaviour across all Council service areas, producing structured dashboard-style reporting.
- Producing comprehensive statistical reports for Driver & Fleet Corporate Performance Indicators.
Requirements
- Educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent relevant experience.
- Data Protection Training.
- Microsoft Excel advanced or willingness to train.
- Operator Licence Awareness Training – OLAT or equivalent or willingness to train.
- Driving Licence Cat B.
- Ability to use PC-based driver's hour's analysis equipment or willingness to train.
- Proven experience of producing complex financial analysis and reports.
- Experience of financial systems, purchasing processes, and invoice management.
