Kitchen and Catering Team Lead

Tatte Bakery is seeking a talented Kitchen and Catering Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality food production.
About the Role:This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can lead and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high integrity and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the catering kitchen, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and Lead Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
- Ensure High-Quality Food Production: Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all food products.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Maintain a Safe Working Environment: Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this position.
- Previous Experience: You should have at least 6 months of experience working as a supervisor in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or catering production facility.
- Language Skills: You should be proficient in Spanish and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have experience working with UltiPro, Toast - POS System, CrunchTime/TeamworX.
The estimated salary for this role is $24-$27/hour, depending on experience.
