Job Title: Executive Officer: Project and Planning

Harmonic Operations is seeking an experienced Executive Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial and operational excellence in our scaling food business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage key strategic planning for growth and regular reporting to the leadership team
  • Ownership of product development, innovation, and brand positioning
  • Proactive involvement and management of new product lines/SKUs
  • Take ownership of ad hoc special projects requiring creative solutions and effective execution
  • Develop and lead end-to-end recruitment processes and strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to create a strong employer brand and maintain workplace culture
  • Work with Founders on cultural initiatives to cultivate a supportive, fun, and high-performing workplace culture that reflects the company's values
  • Support Founders with the management of outsourced finance function, including review and analysis of budgets and P&L
  • Oversee the COGS analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high product quality
Requirements:
  • Experience working with a brand with a strong social media marketing strategy
  • Past experience working within a food manufacturing environment or similar production or manufacturing business
  • A passion for food and an understanding of consumer trends in the industry
  • Past experience using Xero
  • Specific Food Delivery/D2C/Ecommerce/Grocery retail industry experience
