Job Title: Executive Officer: Project and Planning

Harmonic Operations is seeking an experienced Executive Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial and operational excellence in our scaling food business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage key strategic planning for growth and regular reporting to the leadership team
  • Own product development, innovation, and brand positioning, ensuring alignment with consumer trends and demands
  • Take ownership of ad hoc special projects requiring creative solutions and effective execution
  • Develop and lead end-to-end recruitment processes and strategies to attract and retain top talent
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial and operational leadership roles in a scaling business
  • Strong understanding of consumer trends in the food industry
  • Experience with Xero and other business management tools
  • Passion for food and a commitment to sustainability
