Our Sourcing, IT Strategy, and Corporate Services division is expanding. We assist clients in navigating intricate IT and sourcing dilemmas, offering innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and foster growth. Our approach is centered on creating integrated and forward-thinking strategies that meet the technological demands of today and the future.

From IT strategy formulation to operating model design, outsourcing strategies, and addressing legacy technology challenges, we empower our clients to realign their IT functions effectively.

We are seeking skilled IT Sourcing Consultants who are passionate about driving transformative change within organizations, leveraging new digital technologies and modern operational methodologies to provide strategic insights to CIOs and business leaders.

Reporting Structure: This role reports to a Senior or Principal Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sourcing frameworks that optimize the blend of internal and external IT and Business Process services, ensuring organizations are equipped with future-ready capabilities.
  • Lead intricate transition initiatives and workstreams to revamp IT and business services, fostering organizational change, cultural shifts, and supplier relationship management.
  • Design and implement global operating and delivery models that facilitate the adoption of contemporary, digital workflows.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sourcing or Transformation within an IT or digital context.
  • Previous consultancy experience is preferred.
  • Experience in contributing to significant bid and proposal developments is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the technology services market, including exposure to outsourcing across applications, infrastructure, and workplace services.
  • Ability to articulate business and IT service requirements and establish service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Experience throughout the outsourcing lifecycle, including strategy formulation, delivery, transition, and service optimization.
  • Proven capability in developing effective procurement strategies and negotiating solid commercial agreements.
  • Expertise in IT delivery disciplines such as IT strategy, service management, agile methodologies, and project management.
