Position Overview

Our Sourcing, IT Strategy, and Corporate Services division is expanding. We assist our clients in addressing intricate IT and sourcing challenges, delivering solutions that foster innovation and enhance organizational efficiency. We craft integrated and forward-looking strategies to develop the technological frameworks and organizations necessary for today and the future.

Whether it involves pure IT strategy, operational model design, outsourcing strategies, or addressing underperforming IT functions, we support our clients in realigning their operations.

We are actively seeking skilled IT Sourcing Consultants who are enthusiastic about driving transformative change within organizations by leveraging new digital technologies and modern operational methodologies, providing strategic insights to CIOs and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant in Sourcing and IT Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients in overcoming the most complex challenges faced by businesses and government entities by:

  • Developing strategic sourcing frameworks that balance internal and external IT and Business Process services, ensuring organizations are equipped with future-ready capabilities;
  • Leading intricate transition initiatives and workstreams to revolutionize IT and business services, facilitating change through the establishment of new organizational cultures, supplier partnerships, and service delivery models;
  • Designing and implementing global operational frameworks that harness modern, digital methodologies.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Sourcing or Transformation within an IT/digital context;
  • Previous consultancy experience is preferred;
  • Proven track record in contributing to significant bid and proposal development;
  • Comprehensive understanding of the technology services landscape and experience with outsourcing application, infrastructure, and workplace services;
  • Ability to articulate business and IT service requirements and SLAs;
  • Experience throughout the outsourcing lifecycle, including strategy, delivery, transition, and service optimization;
  • Demonstrated capability in shaping effective procurement strategies and negotiating robust commercial agreements;
  • Expertise in technology delivery disciplines such as IT strategy, IT service management, agile methodologies, and project management.
