About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our Profit Protection team at B&M Retail. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company car users, ensuring that all vehicles in the fleet are fit for purpose, road worthy, and maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage driver queries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections and minimize vehicle downtime through planning and scheduling of servicing, MOTs, and repairs
  • Ensure all pool vehicles in the fleet are properly maintained and meet company standards
  • Provide guidance and support to drivers regarding the vehicle accident process, ensuring compliance with company and insurance policies
  • Maintain driver and fleet records, including fuel card usage
  • Arrange hire vehicles and assist with vehicle handovers and returns
  • Operate control room equipment, including CCTV
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the Profit Protection team

Requirements

  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer and database management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while being a team player
  • Self-motivated and driven to deliver results
  • Flexibility and a can-do attitude
  • Full UK driving license
