Claims Management Specialist

Hybrid working model - combination of working from home and attending office base, as required
The RoleThe successful applicant will manage claims efficiently and effectively, dealing with a variety of claims including:
- Corporate
- Motor (fleet)
- Property
- Liability
- Cyber
- Travel
- D&O
This is a busy role with a high volume of work, including administrative tasks, ensuring the highest level of service is provided and offering support to the wider Broking team. The role holder will have responsibility for their own allocated clients and will deal with claims from notification to conclusion.
The production of claims reports is required in accordance with specified deadlines. The role holder will participate in claims review meetings when required, including attendance at clients' premises, as necessary.
The PersonWe are looking for a professional and organized individual who can prioritize their work, multitask, and manage their workload. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Claims team, dealing with the Corporate or Commercial environment is essential. Ideally, the candidate will be working towards or ACII qualified.
