Product Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Graduate to join our team at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. As a Product Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Managers in ensuring the success of our current series vehicles during their lifecycle in all worldwide markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support product feature content and pricing to establish a competitive product offering and ensure market success on an international level.
  • Support delivery of brand and customer requirements into deliverable engineering metrics, to ensure successful product development in-line with business case targets.
  • Collate and analyse Competitor data to ensure the competitiveness of Rolls-Royce products in the market.
  • Manage and deliver product feature content and pricing to produce a profitable and successful global product, capable of creating marketing impulses and driving dealer traffic.
  • Support for all Rolls-Royce Motor Cars products through the creation of show car proposals.
Requirements:
  • Graduated or working towards a degree in a Business or Technical related area, with a 2:1 or above.
  • High appreciation for the automotive and luxury industries.
  • Willingness to work in a flexible, multi-disciplinary team.

  • A competitive annual salary of £34,000 p/a, increasing to £35,500 p/a in year 2.
  • 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract).
