About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Programme Management Office, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of project controls services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on project controls best practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with project controls standards.
  • Develop and maintain project controls tools and systems to support project delivery.
  • Provide regular project controls reports and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project controls, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls tools and systems, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
