Culinary Team Member

Working for ESS, as a Culinary Team Member, you will be at the heart of our Defence operations on a full-time basis. You will work 35 hours per week, joining a team that takes pride in their food, brand, and most importantly, their people.

Your responsibilities include preparing delicious food that delights clients and customers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring correct use of machinery, assisting with deliveries, representing Defence, and complying with Food Handling & Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations.
As a skilled Culinary Team Member, you will demonstrate ability to manage pressure, prioritise tasks, communicate effectively, and possess excellent timekeeping and reliability. You will also have a committed and organised approach, flexibility to work shifts, and exceptional customer service skills.
