Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our sales support team. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and handle customer queries.
  • Prepare quotations and generate reports for the sales team.
  • Complete customer data sheets and prepare image banks for customer use.
  • Support account managers and field sales teams.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in a sales office or customer service role.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups & Pivot tables).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work to set deadlines.
