Care Leader

We're looking for a dedicated Residential Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, leading by example and promoting a culture of compassion and respect.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working closely with our residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care. You'll also be responsible for supervising and training junior staff members, ensuring that they receive the support and guidance they need to excel in their roles.
