We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Education Specialist to join our team at Bright Little Stars. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to work with children, supporting their growth and development in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality early years education and training to our staff members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective childcare programs.
- Mentor and coach staff to enhance their skills and confidence in delivering exceptional care.
- Minimum L3 or L2 qualification in early years education or relevant experience.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
- Competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
