SEN Classroom Lead

We are seeking a seasoned SEN Classroom Lead to join our team at CV-Library. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a residential SEN school based in Blandford Forum, providing educational support to children with Autism.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. They will also lead staff teams in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education.
We require someone who has experience of teaching SEN in mainstream or a SEN school and is committed to delivering outstanding results. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide guidance on best practices in teaching and learning.
