Financial Transactions Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Transactions Specialist to join our Finance team at The Royal British Legion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing and reconciliation of expenditure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately record and reconcile all expenditure for allocated accounts, ensuring timely payments and supplier account reconciliations.
  • Identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies, following up with relevant teams or suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of the month-end process for allocated areas, including accruals and prepayments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, budget holders, and Finance Business Partners.
