Job Title: SEMH Classroom Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Behaviour Support Specialist. This is a full-time contract role, supporting pupils with SEMH needs.

About the School

The school caters for pupils aged 7-16 years, focusing on a Primary based curriculum. Our goal is to provide a nurturing environment that helps pupils develop socially and emotionally.

Responsibilities

  • Assist pupils in the classroom, promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Provide 1-2-1 support and interventions to meet individual needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support pupils' holistic development.
  • Manage pupil behaviour effectively.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £20,000 - £25,000 per year, dependent on experience.
  • A generous annual leave package, with 13 weeks off per year.
