About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Ocado Logistics in Erith. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in preparing orders for customers, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes with care and attention to detail.
  • Receiving goods from suppliers and decanting products into totes accurately and efficiently.
  • Working in both ambient and chill (0 to 5°) sections of the warehouse, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Carrying out repetitive tasks and potentially lifting up to 25kg weights, requiring physical stamina and endurance.
  • Handling both meat and alcohol products, requiring attention to safety protocols and regulations.
