About the Role
Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Moorlands Neurological Centre. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring a positive environment for our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the centre, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the centre are spotless and meet the required security standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
- Participate in mandatory and statutory training as required by Elysium Healthcare.
- Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
Requirements
- Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
- Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
