Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for selling our care management software to potential customers, generating new business leads, and building strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell our care management software to potential customers, demonstrating its benefits and features.
- Generate new business leads through online marketing and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to improve our products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the care sector and its challenges, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
