Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Regulation Strategy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our product regulation strategy and ensure that CAF product solutions comply with the relevant regulatory standards while delivering value to our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for CAF products that covers our current and future regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, partner and client feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Produce detailed requirements for CAF's Transformation programme relating to product regulatory activities and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure good outcomes for CAF and its customers.
  • Participate in and support the Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centered on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams.
