Baxter is a global leader in medical innovations, dedicated to improving patient lives worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality System Manager to join our dynamic Homecare team.

As the Quality System Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our Homecare operations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Baxter's comprehensive Quality System, encompassing all aspects of product development, manufacturing, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the Quality System.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal Baxter standards across all Homecare operations.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including operational teams, regulatory affairs, and senior management, to refine risk management policies and procedures.
  • Establish and manage robust risk identification and mitigation processes to proactively address potential quality issues.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive Governance Dashboard to track critical quality system data and performance indicators.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to operational pharmacy sites, ensuring compliance with established protocols and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Extensive experience in high/mid-tech Homecare environments.
  • Lead Auditor certification is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and process-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated expertise in investigations, complaint management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK Pharmacy Regulations and operational capabilities within the Homecare sector.
  • Commercially astute with a willingness to travel to operational sites as required.
