Maintenance and Decorator Role

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Decorator to join our team at PRM Developments Lisburn. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of painting and decorating in both interior and exterior of properties and their grounds.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Carry out painting and decorating tasks in a safe and efficient manner
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality of work
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with company policies

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in painting and decorating
* Own transport for traveling between sites
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic
