About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician and Decorator to join our team at PRM Group Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of painting and decorating in both interior and exterior of our properties and their grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out painting and decorating tasks to a high standard
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify and report on maintenance needs
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our properties and their maintenance requirements
